This position is a business partner to various functional areas of manufacturing, sales, and supply chain, particularly in support of the forecast and annual budget process. &nbsp;The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial models.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Consolidate revenue and operational cost elements from sales team in support of the annual budget and reforecast updates to the company&rsquo;s budget.</li><li>Prepare monthly consolidation and executive financial package documents, including&nbsp;profitability analysis of actual vs budget at the item and customer level.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to executive leadership and operational stakeholders.</li><li>Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations.</li><li>Coordinate financials questions/answers among operational stakeholders and the Finance team.</li><li>Prepare annual financial information binder to be provided to the external auditors as needed.</li><li>Assist in the budget &amp; reforecast consolidation and reporting process.</li><li>Maintain budget and reforecast information in the accounting system.</li><li>Assist in market analysis as needed by the sales team to include competitor analysis as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare operating reports as specified.</li><li>Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models.</li><li>Other duties as needed.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.</li><li>CMA or CPA certification, or on track for either is desired, but not required.</li><li>Strong excel skills, including experience in creating and manipulating pivot tables, charts, graphs and other analytical tools. &nbsp;Proficiency in other Microsoft applications is also required.</li><li>Ability to create concise, easy to understand summary presentations of large volumes of transaction data in user-friendly formats.&nbsp;</li><li>Regular and reliable attendance required.</li><li>Strong decision making, analytical and reasoning skills.</li><li>Team player that is highly motivated and is a self-starter.</li><li>The ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.&nbsp;</li><li>Good organizational skills, strong detail orientation and the ability to meet operational and financial deadlines.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Working Environment:</u></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a teammate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. &nbsp;Considerable time will be spent working within an office environment.
