These potential referral sources across North America provide a highly efficient channel to residential and commercial markets. </p><p>Position Summary:</p><p>We are seeking a dynamic Regional HR Manager to support our operations for 2 to 3 markets where our HighGround brands are based. The Regional HR Manager will provide day-to-day HR support across multiple locations and states, working closely with local leadership and the Corporate HR team to ensure alignment with company policies, compliance, and business goals.</p><p>This role supports multiple locations and business units and serves as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and management in Athens, GA.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Serve as the primary HR partner across multiple locations and departments, supporting both field and office operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Handle all aspects of employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Manage recruiting and onboarding processes for hourly and salaried positions, in partnership with local leadership.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategies to align staffing with operational needs across multiple states and locations</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Process weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now, including timecard management, PTO tracking, and corrections.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Audit payroll and timekeeping practices to ensure compliance and accuracy across locations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\"><span and procedures are understood and consistently applied at the local level.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Drive consistency in policy enforcement and SOP adherence across multiple locations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states and locations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Participate in Corporate HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations and efficiency.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Support local leadership with organizational changes, restructuring efforts, and business growth initiatives as needed.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, ora related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">PHR certification required.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least1year as an HR Manager or Business Partner strongly preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience supporting 100+ employees across multiple locations, states or business units preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:
