          "text": "<p>The Enrollment Advisor role will be responsible for facilitating prospective students through the application process for their University of choice. The Advisor will uncover the needs and objectives of a prospective student through a set of interviews and help the student determine if the program or University is a fit for the student. The Advisor will also support the student through the admissions and registration process to ensure the student meets all requirements and deadlines.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Communication with&#xa0;prospective students&#xa0;through phone calls, emails,&#xa0;or text messages regarding&#xa0;the University and program​</li><li>Follow the departmental and&#xa0;management guidelines for&#xa0;lead management and&#xa0;moving leads through the&#xa0;different statuses in the CRM&#xa0;system​.</li><li>Responsible for supporting&#xa0;students using a consultative&#xa0;process to ensure the&#xa0;student has all the&#xa0;information to make an&#xa0;informed decision about the&#xa0;University and program from&#xa0;lead to start​.</li><li>Use the database to track&#xa0;student progress and any&#xa0;communication with&#xa0;students​.</li><li>Achieve daily metrics&#xa0;surrounding number of calls&#xa0;per day, speed to lead&#xa0;metrics, talk time per day,&#xa0;number of applications per&#xa0;day as set by their Manager​.</li><li>Provide feedback when&#xa0;needed on lead quality,&#xa0;quantity, and applicable&#xa0;trends.</li></ul>",
