This is an entry-level position designed for a motivated college graduate who is ready to learn, travel, and grow within the utility construction industry.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Project Manager I will work closely with experienced project managers, field supervisors, engineers, and clients to help plan, coordinate, and execute substation projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role offers hands-on exposure, training, and mentorship to build a strong foundation in project management.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary Range: $85,000 - 115,000, based on experience</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p>As a Project Manager I, you will support the full life-cycle of substation projects by:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities</li>\n <li>Supporting budget tracking, cost control, and basic financial reporting</li>\n <li>Coordinating materials, equipment, and subcontractor needs</li>\n <li>Communicating with internal teams, field crews, vendors, and clients</li>\n <li>Supporting job site documentation, reporting, and record-keeping</li>\n <li>Assisting with safety compliance, quality control, and company procedures</li>\n <li>Traveling to project sites as needed to support field operations</li>\n <li>Learning industry standards, substation construction practices, and project controls</li>\n <li>Taking on increasing responsibility as skills and experience grow</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p>We’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow.
