You’ll serve food and beverages, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe and pleasant experience. </p>\n<p><strong>A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER’S DAY-TO-DAY </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with inquiries. </li>\n <li>Stay up to date on all current specials and promotions. </li>\n <li>Assist guests with facility offerings to ensure a positive experience. </li>\n <li>Prepare and sell food items; restock items and kitchens as needed. </li>\n <li>Handle cash transactions, including operating POS systems and registers. </li>\n <li>Maintain daily operation of food service areas. </li>\n <li>Assist with merchandising functions as needed. </li>\n <li>Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas. </li>\n <li>Adhere to proper alcohol handling procedures and maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. </li>\n <li>Maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items. </li>\n <li>Pass TIPS certification. </li>\n <li>Multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently with minimal direction. </li>\n <li>Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT IT TAKES </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age: 18 (NC/FL/CA) or 21 (IL). </li>\n <li>Strong customer service skills. </li>\n <li>Excellent multitasking abilities. </li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. </li>\n <li>Basic math skills for cash handling. </li>\n <li>Currently enrolled in high school or a high school diploma/equivalent. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PERKS (MORE REASONS YOU’LL LOVE YOUR JOB) </strong></p>\n<p>✅ <strong>Free bowling & attractions</strong> (laser tag, billiards, mini golf, ropes courses, and rides)✅ <strong>$1 arcade play</strong>✅ <strong>All‑day play at Boomers, FECs & Waterparks</strong>✅ <strong>Friends & family discounts</strong>✅ <strong>Food & beverage discounts</strong>✅ <strong>Special discounts on parties and group events</strong>✅ <strong>Perks start on your first day</strong> </p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS </strong></p>\n<p>Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you’ll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance.
