Description

We're seeking team members who enjoy machine operations and an industrial setting. Do you love working with your hands? We're hiring and excited to meet you! We’re s eeking skilled machine operators to set up, trouble-shoot robotic welding equipment and to train operators on their use. What You’ll Be Doing: Responsible for the set-up, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and training of robotic welding equipment. Provide technical knowledge support for the Manufacturing Operations Teams while also performing duties of Production. Coordinates and/or facilitates communication between Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance. Supports cost reduction, quality and process improvement initiatives as related to supplies and consumables. See attached description for details. Open Shifts: 1st shift 6:00AM - 4:30PM Monday to Thursday 3rd shift 7:00PM - 5:30AM Monday to Thursday overnights, $1.50/hr. premium Weekend Shift 6:00AM - 6:00PM Friday to Sunday, $3.00/hr. premium NOTE: Employees hired for weekend shift may train on other shifts. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience or equivalent training/education: setting up machines, operating specialized machines Preferred experience Experience with robotics, jigs, fixtures and gas metal arc welding. Experience with troubleshooting to assist maintenance department and provide technical support.
