The Container Store has store locations from coast to coast and a thriving online business.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Here’s a sneak peek at our world-class<strong> Distribution Center.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Store Replenishment is responsible for loading and securing product on our trucks waiting to make their road trip across the country to our many stores.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains accuracy while pulling, packing and loading product  </li>\n <li>Utilizes voice picking to accurately fulfill customer or store replenishment orders  </li>\n <li>Understands all areas of the outbound process, including Direct to Customer (e-commerce) and Store Replenishment  </li>\n <li>Receives, inspects, processes and accepts merchandise into the Distribution Center </li>\n <li>Checks in freight and ensures accuracy of products received </li>\n <li>Stows product throughout the Distribution Center ensuring accuracy  </li>\n <li>Operates motorized and non-motorized equipment (certification required) </li>\n <li>Consistently meets all Labor Management and productivity standards </li>\n <li>Maintains a clean and safe Distribution Center, adhering to safety policies and procedures </li>\n <li>Trains and supports other departments throughout the Distribution Center as needed </li>\n <li>Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment </li>\n <li>Arrives promptly to work the assigned schedule </li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We believe in taking care of our team. </strong>That's why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that goes beyond just health insurance (though we've got that covered too!).
