    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Rogers Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our Quality Department. This entry-level position will assist with testing asphalt, aggregates, and other construction materials to help ensure compliance with company and DOT specifications. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training and have opportunities for career growth within the quality control field.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Collect material samples from asphalt plants, quarries, and construction sites.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform basic laboratory and field testing on asphalt, aggregates, and other materials.&nbsp;</li><li>Record and maintain accurate test results and quality control documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with asphalt mix design testing and quality assurance activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor material quality and report any issues to Quality personnel.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain laboratory equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with plant personnel and operations teams to support quality objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>High school diploma or GED required.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous construction, laboratory, or materials testing experience is a plus but not required.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to travel to asphalt plants, quarries, and construction sites as needed.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>RGI EEO Statement</strong></p><p><i><strong>An Equal Opportunity Employer seeking candidates without regard to age, race, national origin, gender, disability, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.&nbsp;</strong></i></p><p>All applications are accepted online at&nbsp;<a href=\"http://www.rogersgroupinc.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.rogersgroupinc.com</a>.</p>",
