    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key roles &amp; responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the FP&amp;A Manager in preparing budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and related financial analysis for management and business units.</li>\n<li>Consolidate and analyse historical financial data, business pipeline information, client wins/loss, and other inputs to support planning and forecasting processes.</li>\n<li>Prepare variance analysis on actual results against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key drivers, risks, and issues for the FP&amp;A Manager’s review.</li>\n<li>Support analysis of client engagements, including revenue recognition, WIP, billing, and accounts receivable, with a focus on identifying root causes of delays, driving follow-up actions, and leveraging NetSuite data to enhance reporting accuracy and ensure timely job closure.</li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.</li>\n<li>Maintain/prepare documentation, templates, and SOPs for FP&amp;A processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Work closely with Manager, Deputy CFO and the wider finance team to support business partnering, reporting, and finance transformation projects.</li>\n<li>Provide administrative and ad-hoc support on finance analysis, reporting, and special projects as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field</li>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in FP&amp;A, Accounting, or Audit</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI</li>\n<li>Experience in NetSuite / OpenAir Oracle would be an advantage</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Independent and self-motivated</li>\n</ul>",
