    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Valet Supervisor oversees valet and traffic control operations to ensure guest arrivals and departures are pleasant and efficient for all valet patrons. Ensures guest service and safety are priorities. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Directs and supervises Valet Drivers, Valet and Information Desk Attendants, and Traffic Officers. </li>\n <li>Assists in the resolution of guest problems involving valet services. </li>\n <li>Fills out Valet Incident Reports completely and accurately and takes digital photos of accidents as needed; ensures appropriate information is submitted to Risk Management.</li>\n <li>Ensures that all equipment and software applications are functioning efficiently; reports any malfunctions and inventory shortages.</li>\n <li>Reports all concerns and/or problems to the Valet Manager.</li>\n <li>Assists in the maintenance of Team Members’ attendance records by reporting early outs, overtime, etc. according to established policies.</li>\n <li>Assesses incoming vehicles for proper mechanical function prior to being parked in valet.</li>\n <li>Responsible for conducting daily inspections of the valet garage and driveway.</li>\n <li>Trains, mentors, develops, coaches, resolves problems, provides open communication vehicles, and recommends disciplinary actions as appropriate. </li>\n <li>Prepares work and break schedules for each shift.</li>\n <li>Builds a work environment that promotes teamwork, partnership, recognition, mutual respect, collaboration, performance feedback/management, and Team Member satisfaction while role modeling the company values, behaviors, and culture of One.Team.Chumash.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED Certificate.</li>\n <li>Three years of experience in transportation or a related field, including one year at a supervisory level.</li>\n <li>Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, e-mail, and Internet.</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid California Class A and/or B License with a “P” passenger endorsement and have air brake endorsement.</li>\n <li>Driving record must have less than 50% of the permissible points allowed per California DMV.</li>\n <li>Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.</li>\n <li>Native American hiring preference applies.</li>\n <li><strong>Quality Orientation:</strong> Setting high standards regarding his/her work and working environment and acting accordingly; developing quality standards, continuously evaluating performance, products, and procedures; actively seeking ways to improve quality.</li>\n <li><strong>Planning and Organizing:</strong> Setting priorities and defining actions, time, and resources needed to achieve predefined goals.</li>\n <li><strong>Interpersonal Understanding: </strong>Showing interest in other people's feelings, attitudes, and reasoning.</li>\n <li><strong>Oral Communication:</strong> Shaping and expressing ideas and information in an effective manner.</li>\n <li><strong>Written Communication:</strong> Expressing ideas and opinions clearly in properly structured, well organized, and grammatically correct reports or documents; utilizing language and terminology that is understandable for the reader.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Location</h2>3400 Highway 246\n<h2>Minimum Pay Rate</h2>$23.69 -$24.33\n<h2>Maximum Pay Rate</h2>$23.69 -$24.33",
