Our Sodexo Health Care teams work to direct operations at health care client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction. At Sodexo Health Care, patients are the heart of everything we do. Our ability to create a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for hospitals is key to the full patient experience. What You'll Do Conduct daily rounds with patients and families, gathering detailed qualitative and quantitative data about their care experience. Ensure individuals performing service‑related tasks demonstrate the competence required to protect the health and safety of patients, visitors, and staff Audit employees through rounding to ensure protocols, service standards, and patient satisfaction initiatives are consistently met. Serve as a liaison between Support Services, Nursing, and other patient care leaders to align operational practices with patient experience goals What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training.
