    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>High School at The University of Memphis seeks to fill a Interventionist position for grades 9th – 11th.</p><p>The High School Interventionist (ELA &amp; Math) provides targeted academic support to students in grades 9–12 who require additional assistance in English Language Arts and/or Mathematics. The interventionist works collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and support staff to design and implement research-based interventions that accelerate student learning and close achievement gaps. This role focuses on using data to identify student needs, deliver small group and individualized instruction, monitor progress, and adjust supports to ensure students meet grade-level standards and graduation requirements.
