Learn more about it today.</p>\n<h2>Job Details</h2>\n<p><strong>In this role, you will...</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Be responsible for the success and timely completion of all assigned projects. This position manages each project item and activity, including but not limited to vendors; building specifications; legal documentation and inspections; internal reports, communication, and documentation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages 8-12 projects, plus various miscellaneous smaller projects (moves, adds, changes within open branches).</li>\n <li>Selects project architects and contractors and monitors their performance; ensures adherence to terms and conditions of agreements.</li>\n <li>Performs preliminary site inspections for design and construction and performs site inspections for quality control during construction.</li>\n <li>Directs permitting and final occupancy processes for new branches; receives and stores Certificate of Occupancy.</li>\n <li>Communicates with supervisor regarding construction timelines and concerns about construction progress.</li>\n <li>Generates required project reports; creates and maintains project files; maintains projects lists and close out documentation.</li>\n <li>Processes invoice applications and lien releases.</li>\n <li>Requests and reviews branch sign brand books and furniture quotes.</li>\n <li>Oversees all furniture installations, re-keying of branches, and turnover of branches to IT team.</li>\n <li>Interacts with property managers, architects, inspectors, and contractors in regards to drawings, specifications, and submittals.</li>\n <li>Interfaces with general contractors and subcontractors and follows up as needed to maintain schedules.</li>\n <li>Guides department personnel in organizing work relating to specific assigned project deadlines.</li>\n <li>Recommends and executes cost savings plans whenever possible.</li>\n <li>Performs facility maintenance requests and other duties as requested.</li>\n <li>May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Minimum of two (2) years of direct supervisory experience in construction.</li>\n <li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the construction industry.</li>\n <li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with permitting and building inspection processes.</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of construction and permitting policies, practices and products; working knowledge of structural construction activities required.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and clear driving record over the past seven (7) years.</li>\n <li>Excellent reading, writing, communication, analytical, and mathematical skills.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and follow-up ability.</li>\n <li>Must be able to multitask, work with employees at all levels, and provide clear communication to internal and external customers or vendors.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TurboCAD or AutoCAD program.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel as required.</li>\n <li>Comfortable in self-directed environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as zoning and construction drawings, bids, and leases.</li>\n <li>Ability to write coherent, succinct business letters and emails.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of construction awareness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Additional trade or construction education.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hours of Work:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
