This is a working leadership role focused on coordinating crews, driving production, maintaining workflow, and supporting a strong safety culture throughout the shop.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The Foreman will oversee teams that include machine operators, welders, fitters, and material handlers while ensuring work is organized, staged properly, and completed safely and efficiently.
