          "text": "<p>At least 10-12 years pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience; At least 8 years market analytics experience; Previous commercial assessment and product forecasting experience; Consulting experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare preferred; A strong scientific background with the ability to effectively work with clinical development and other key groups.<br />BS required with MBA preferable.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Ability to analyze and understand complex data and research to inform decisions and communicate effectively; Highly proficient in MS Office and experienced in using Excel and other analytical tools to develop pharmaceutical product forecast models and quantitative analyses; Working knowledge/understanding of the Pharma industry and general ability related to drugs/treatments and various disease states, as well as an understanding of the regulatory and commercialization requirements; Credibility, accessibility, responsiveness and attention to detail a must; </p><p>Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities; Ability to synthesize complex information and distill critical insights to inform commercial assessments; Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.</p>",
