The Group’s head office is in Malta but is also present through offices in Italy, Cyprus, Morocco, <br>Nigeria and Algeria.  <br> <br>Though Hudson Holdings was founded in 2006, the Group’s roots reach as far back as 1987 when the first <br>pair of NIKE was sold in Malta. <br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role purpose </span><br>As an In Store Visual Merchandiser at Hudson, you'll be at the heart of creating an appealing in-store <br>environment and embodying our brand essence.  <br> <br>With a multifaceted role that encompasses both sales assistance on the shop floor and dedicating 20% <br>of your time to perfecting visual merchandising, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the aesthetic charm <br>and brand integrity throughout our retail spaces. Your responsibilities extend beyond the visual, making <br>you a key player in the overall customer experience. <br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows: </span><br>On a daily basis as a Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:  <br>• Liaise with clients in all areas of sales, providing a highly personalised approach <br>• Meet set sales targets  <br>• Stock, replenish and clean sales areas <br>• Process payments of various kinds <br>• Offer guidance and suggest products specific to customers’ needs and requirements, utilising <br>specialist product knowledge <br>• To package goods for customers in a professional manner <br>• Effectively handle customer complaints <br>• Monitor and update display areas <br>• Count and balance cash register and receipts <br>• Stamp or attach price tags on merchandise and/or checks tagged prices to verify accuracy <br>referring to price list <br>• Check inventory periodically to obtain reorder information to replenish stock; inform <br>designated staff member of stock requirements <br>• Check inventory listing with actual inventory on shelf and report discrepancies to line manager <br>• Ensure shop is always clean and tidy and displays are attractive  <br>As an In- Store Visual Merchandiser you will allocate one day per week to complete the following tasks:  <br>• Take ownership of the visual merchandising execution in store.  <br>• Ensure timely, proper, and on-brand implementation of Group cascaded VM guidelines across <br>your store.  <br>• Perform detailed quality checks on visual merchandising displays and layouts. <br>• Ensure a consistent and cohesive representation of the brand across all visual merchandising <br>elements. <br>• Provide feedback and development recommendation for enhanced execution and brand <br>performance <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KPIs </span><br>• VM execution KPIs <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core competencies, knowledge, and experience </span><br>• Experience in Retail in the sport and fashion wear sector preferably.  <br>• Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser is highly preferred.  <br>• Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to execute visual merchandising <br>guidelines effectively. <br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <br>• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. <br>• Fluency in local language and English</p>",
