Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. </li>\n <li> Cleans slot machines, in between machines, ash trays, slot bases, trash cans, restrooms, offices, public areas, windows and ledges, restaurants, lighting, walls, counter tops, furniture, and any other decorative objects in the casino or common areas. </li>\n <li> Vacuums carpet, sweeps and mops tile floors, and cleans any spills that occur. </li>\n <li>Cleans up any biohazardous materials according to established guidelines.</li>\n <li> Removes trash from trash containers and places into the dumpsters.</li>\n <li> Familiar with the proper use of cleaning solutions and equipment. </li>\n <li>Replaces toilet tissue and refills paper towel dispensers. </li>\n <li> Cleans and polishes all furniture, marble, brass fixtures, brass floor plates, entrance door brass, and kick door brass plates. </li>\n <li> Cleans all escalators and elevators. </li>\n <li> Knows where all facilities in the casino are located. </li>\n <li> Straightens chairs as needed. </li>\n <li> Removes glasses, cups, paper, and debris from all assigned areas, per procedure. </li>\n <li>Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. </li>\n <li> Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. </li>\n <li> Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li>\n <li> High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. </li>\n <li> Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required. </li>\n <li> Willingness to learn and follow direction. </li>\n <li>Must be able to operate equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, mop, and broom. </li>\n <li> Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.</li>\n <li> Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to issues. </li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. </li>\n <li> Must be able to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English. </li>\n <li>Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights. </li>\n <li>Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. </li>\n <li>Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy. </li>\n <li> Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. </li>\n <li> Employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. </li>\n <li> The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
