      "content": "\n<li>Perform efficient, safe, and accurate work for all assigned tasks, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, state policies, and product specifications.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Work to ensure daily production schedule and goals set by Manufacturing Manager/Supervisor are met.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Complete production tasks with consistency and quality while maintaining reasonable speed as dictated by department standards.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain meticulous records for all manufacturing activities to meet operational, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Awareness of company quality and compliance standards for each product type.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Serve as line inspector of products, ensuring every product meets strict quality control requirements. Record, quarantine, and dispose of non-conforming products following proper procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Operate filling/packaging machines and other equipment.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain high level of cleanliness of all department equipment, production areas, and tools according to company procedures which may include sweeping, mopping, and sanitization of environment, and work surfaces.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Collect, log, and destroy process waste, scrap, and regular waste per company procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Startup and shutdown of assigned processes to maintain balanced workflow and meet production needs, occasionally during non-traditional working hours (i.e., second/night-shift).&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Report and document inefficiencies and downtime to identify process issues, working with the team to resolve in a timely manner, escalating to supervisor as required.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Support maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service when needed.&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "text": "What You’ll Need to Succeed: ",
      "content": "\n<li>1+ year of experience in manufacturing/packaging environments, food and beverage, commercial kitchens, labs. Cannabis industry experience preferred. Edibles/Infusions experience a plus.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience working with laboratory and/or industrial food processing and preparation equipment preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively manage change and adjust comfortably to new people and processes.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Flexibility in a quick moving, growing industry. Experience in a startup and/or high-growth environment preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Reliability with time and attendance.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong time management and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Extraordinary attention to detail.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Continuous improvement mindset.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience and working knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control procedures (QC) preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Familiarity or experience with GMP preferred</li>\n<li>Must be able to wear appropriate PPE at all times.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Frequently lifts, loads, unloads, moves, positions, and transports items up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>This person may be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals, and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Frequently works in spaces with bright lights, mechanical noise.&nbsp;</li>\n"
