This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions.</p><h3><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></h3><p>• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system<br>• Participate in weekly sales training to continuously improve your skills<br>• Design customized bath solutions using our user-friendly software<br>• Provide pricing and close sales on a consistent basis</p><h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3><p>• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills<br>• Previous sales experience (home improvement or remodeling is a plus)<br>• Reliable transportation and local residency<br>• Confidence in presenting and speaking with homeowners<br>• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset<br>• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment<br>• Outgoing and professional personality</p><h3><strong>Compensation & Opportunity</strong></h3><p>This is a <strong>commission-based position with unlimited earning potential</strong>, where your income is directly tied to your performance and experience.
