These duties will be performed under the supervision of a senior project engineer or project manager.</li>\n   <li>Perform work which involves conventional types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures, or equipment.  Assignments usually include engineering calculations, interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications, and assistance with proposal preparation.</li>\n   <li>Help to coordinate work of multiple engineering disciplines, as well as performing drafting/CADD work for the project. </li>\n   <li>Develops engineering reports, quantities and Construction Cost Estimates</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate will posses these preferred qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>General Knowledge and/or experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads</li>\n   <li>Candidate must have good communication and technical writing skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel</li>\n   <li>Familiarity with AASHTO, MUTCD, and NACTO standards</li>\n   <li>EIT certification Preferred</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education and/or Skills Required: • 0-2 Years of experience • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-Accredited Program• General knowledge of required design software (MicroStation, AutoCAD, OpenRoads)• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.• Good communication and technical writing skills.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.</p>\n<p>Education and/or Work Experience Preferred: • Previous internships or work experience in the Engineering field.</p>\n<p>Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:• Valid Driver’s License • Ability to maintain required certifications.</p>\n<p>Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Preferred: • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment.</p>",
