Title: Field Supervisor - Coping Location: Greater Toronto Area Company: Triumph Group Of Companies Role Overview The Field Supervisor (Coping) is responsible for leading field execution of coping, flashing, and cladding installations across multiple construction projects. This role ensures that all work is delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and company standards. Working closely with management teams, fabrication teams, estimating, and field crews, the supervisor coordinates labour, materials, fabrication timelines, and site logistics to ensure seamless project execution. This role plays a critical part in maintaining productivity, quality, and alignment between shop fabrication and field installation. Success in this role means installation crews are well-coordinated, productive, and consistently delivering high-quality work aligned with project schedules. Fabrication and material flow are properly planned to avoid delays, and communication between field, shop, and project teams is clear and proactive. Projects are executed efficiently with minimal rework, strong safety performance, and high client satisfaction.
