This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on maintenance experience, excellent technical ability, and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across a varied outdoor environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the overall presentation, safety, and operational standards of the park, supporting both guest satisfaction and the smooth day-to-day running of the site.</p>\n<p>· Tractor operation experience is highly desirable, alongside general handyman and multi-trade maintenance skills.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>Working across the caravan and camping park, you will carry out a wide range of planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance duties. The position requires a proactive individual who can work independently, identify issues before they escalate, and consistently maintain high site standards. This is a physically active outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and can adapt to changing operational priorities during busy periods.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities – Reporting to the General Manager</span></p>\n<p>· General Site Maintenance</p>\n<p>· Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the park grounds and facilities.</p>\n<p>· Carry out daily inspections of the site and report or resolve maintenance issues promptly.</p>\n<p>· Ensure pathways, roads, fencing, drainage areas, and communal spaces remain safe and well maintained.</p>\n<p>· Facilities Upkeep &amp; Repairs</p>\n<p>· Perform general repairs and maintenance across park buildings, accommodation units, utility areas, and infrastructure.</p>\n<p>· Complete minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating, and repair tasks to a high standard</p>\n<p>· Maintain water systems, fixtures, gates, signage, lighting, and external furniture.</p>\n<p>· Preventive &amp; Reactive Maintenance.</p>\n<p>· Respond efficiently to maintenance requests and operational breakdowns.</p>\n<p>· Carry out preventative maintenance schedules on equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.</p>\n<p>· Troubleshoot faults and implement practical repair solutions with minimal disruption</p>\n<p>· Assist with pitch maintenance, seasonal setup, and operational support across the park</p>\n<p>· Contribute to the smooth operation of the park during busy guest changeovers and events</p>\n<p>· Safely operate and maintain machinery and powered equipment.</p>\n<p>· Caravan Park Operations Support</p>\n<p>· Tractor driving and towing experience is desirable</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are particularly interested in candidates with broad practical maintenance experience, including:</span></p>\n<p>· Property repairs</p>\n<p>· Basic electrical fault finding</p>\n<p>· Plumbing repairs</p>\n<p>· Carpentry and joinery</p>\n<p>· Exterior maintenance</p>\n<p>· Health &amp; Safety Awareness</p>\n<p>· Promote a safe environment for guests, staff, and contractors</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Experience Required</span></p>\n<p>· Proven experience in general maintenance, property repair, or handyman work</p>\n<p>· Strong practical and technical problem-solving skills</p>\n<p>· Ability to deliver high standards of workmanship with attention to detail</p>\n<p>· Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions</p>\n<p>· Experience operating maintenance equipment and machinery</p>\n<p>· Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively</p>\n<p>· Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems</p>\n<p>· Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems</p>\n<p>· Good communication skills and a professional attitude</p>\n<p>· Desirable Experience &amp; Qualifications</p>\n<p>· Tractor driving and implement operation</p>\n<p>· Trailer towing experience (B+E desirable)</p>\n<p>Experience within caravan parks, holiday parks, estates, or outdoor hospitality environments</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p>\n\n\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free parking</li>\n<li>On-site parking</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n\n\n<p>Work Location: In person</p>\n",
