This position is based in beautiful Bozeman, Montana, a vibrant college town with access to a variety of outdoor activities including skiing, hiking and world class fly-fishing.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience in a construction-related position will also be considered.</li>\n <li>10+yrs of utility scale electrical construction and estimating experience. </li>\n <li>Hold a valid Master Electrician license.or reciprocal to the State working in.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction practices.</li>\n <li>Experience estimating and developing bids for utility scale electrical projects.</li>\n <li>Strong background/experience with all field installation techniques/methods.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li>\n <li>Safety oriented, 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certificates are preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic - Willing to do what it takes to get the job done.</li>\n <li>Ability to function as a team-builder/player</li>\n <li>Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with bid team members </li>\n <li>Ability to travel to project sites and provide support</li>\n <li>The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage construction safety</li>\n <li>Manage environmental compliance</li>\n <li>Manage quality</li>\n <li>Understand / manage project costs and budgets</li>\n <li>Schedule and manage crew workforce, equipment, and tools for maximum utilizationand quality of work</li>\n <li>Review timecards and invoices for proper cost distribution and accountability</li>\n <li>Ensure all employees are current in and compliant with all Barnard safety policies, andhave received required safety training and equipment</li>\n <li>Business development and managing client relationships</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled, E-Verify Employer</em></p>",
