Facilitate recreational programs, arts and crafts, games, music, and social events to promote resident engagement and interaction.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p><strong>Resident Interaction: </strong>Build positive relationships with residents and their families to understand their preferences and encourage participation in activities. Support residents in participating in activities and provide assistance as needed.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p><strong>Documentation and Reporting: </strong>Maintain accurate records of resident participation and document outcomes of activities. Communicate with the healthcare team regarding resident interests and any observed changes in their well-being.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p><strong>Collaboration: </strong>Work closely with other team members, including nursing staff and therapists, to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to resident activities. Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas for new programs and improvements.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p><strong>Safety and Compliance: </strong>Ensure that all activities comply with facility policies and safety regulations.
