We are recruiting for a number of Incident Verification Controllers as part of our frontline force ensuring urgent incidents like pollution and flooding are swiftly prioritised, verified, and resolved to restore services fast. font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for customer focused people to join us in our Utility Division, working on our Southern Water contract service to deliver real and effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assess and manage incoming incidents, prioritising urgent cases.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Coordinate engineer responses to meet critical KPIs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Monitor progress and ensure swift resolution of emergencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Problem-solve and make quick, informed decisions to mitigate impact.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Provide prompt updates on incidents to key stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Ensure accurate evidence capture and event timeline is completed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
