    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<ul>\n <li><span>Support the risk and failure analysis (PFMEA) reviews and update/maintain the Control Plan for the assigned work flows</span></li>\n <li><span>Primary contact source with customer/supplier representatives, maintain positive communication and relationship, support and attend meetings, reviews and audits</span></li>\n <li><span>Performs root cause analysis of technical problems</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensures that the quality system is maintained in accordance with the Business Operating System (Y</span><span>IO</span><span>S) standards.</span></li>\n <li><span>Facilitate problem solving teams and respond to customer discrepancy notices.</span></li>\n <li><span>Verify corrective actions and prepare problem solving customer correspondence related to quality concerns or issues</span></li>\n <li><span>Participate in internal and external quality audits, and report to management on quality issues, trends and losses</span></li>\n <li><span>Participate in workgroups (e.g., FMEA, PSMC, etc.)</span></li>\n <li><span>Establish process controls, assist in training of new projects and buy-off on new/modified equipment and processes</span></li>\n <li><span>Support quality/dimensional control systems (i.e., X&amp;R charts, gage studies, Six Sigma, dimensional capability studies)</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong working knowledge of APQP tools (e.g., Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC, etc.)&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span>1 -3 &nbsp;Years of Experience working in the field of Quality, Engineering CI or similar (recent college graduate is considered acceptable).</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span>Less Than 1 Years of Experience within the automotive industry.</span></p></li>\n <li><span>Possesses strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a team environment, establishing partnerships both internally and externally</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Possess knowledge on the fundamentals of PPAP and APQP processes&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience working directly with customers and suppliers, particularly automotive related is highly desirable&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Understanding of the Quality function such as customer service, metrology, and quality analysis techniques (i.e., Design of experiments, Red X, PPAP, Control Plan, etc.).</span></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span>Bachelor's Level Degree&nbsp;</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span>Area of Study:</span><span>&nbsp;</span><span>Quality, Industrial of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience in Quality or Engineering related function.</span></p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.</strong></span></p>",
