We are currently seeking a few exceptional people who have a passion to make a meaningful impact by facilitating the lives of the amazing people we support. &nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:justify;'><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>As a Senior Incident Management Analyst, you will direct all aspects of ACLD&#39;s Incident Management System.</span></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Specifically, as a Senior Incident Management Analyst you will:</span></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:35.95px;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Ensure compliance with all requirements of the Implementation of the Protection of People with Special Needs Act and Reforms to Incident Management</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Conduct investigations into Notable Occurrences, Serious Occurrences, events or situations that are not under the auspices of the agency and other incidents as assigned</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Prepare and distribute all final reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and agency policy</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Ensure entry of all reports into OPWDD&#39;s Incident Reporting Management Application&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Serve as ACLD&#39;s liaison with OPWDD and the Justice Center</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Maintain database for and review all internal incidents and SCIP interventions</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Complete trend analysis reports on Notable Occurrences, Serious Notable Occurrences, Minor Notable Occurrences and events or situations that are not under the auspices of the agency</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Ensure compliance with NYS Access to Records Law&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Provide training and support to all OPWDD funded programs on Incident Management systems and processes</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Educate the Incident Review Committee (IRC) on all changes and additions to laws and regulations</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Train members of the Incident Review Committee in Standards of Excellence for Standing Committees that review incidents</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Attend Quality Assurance Task force meetings as well as other trainings&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin-left:.5in;'><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>We require:</span></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:35.95px;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in the field of Human Services.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Minimum three (3) years&rsquo;
