    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Primary Purpose and Function</strong></p><p>The Senior Clinical Director (SCD) at THIRA Health is responsible for the overall operational and clinical performance of the Department of Program Services. They partner with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care, supervise the managers who oversee the various program services, implement policies, and drive strategic initiatives to improve services and maintain compliance with regulations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related therapy field</li><li>Washington State Independent License (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist)</li><li>Verified/approved state clinical supervision training and certification</li><li>Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) training and experience</li><li>Experience teaching, consulting and providing clinical supervision</li><li>Demonstrated competency in the use of Microsoft Office and the ability to use various electronic software</li><li>Minimum ten (10) years experience providing individual, group, and/or family therapy from a behavioral orientation</li><li>Minimum eight (8) years of leadership experience</li><li>Minimum five (5) years experience supervising and/or managing other staff required Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check (Federal and state)</li><li>Experience and literacy with Electronic Medical Records systems medical practice software</li><li>Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends &amp; complete formal competency assessments and performance evaluations according to established THIRA timelines</li><li>Demonstrate active listening skills, clearly communicate expectations, and facilitate open dialogue among team members</li><li>Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters employee motivation and engagement, and contributes to achievement of department and company goals</li><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of program services, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation</li><li>Supervise, manage, and evaluate the performance of the Program Managers</li><li>Partner with the Executive Director to ensure fiscal responsibility by setting budgets, controlling expenses, and optimizing resource utilization for maximum value and efficiency</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and services, adjusting as needed to meet quality and performance standards</li></ul><p><strong>INTERDISCIPLINARY COLLABORATION</strong></p><ul><li>Work with various internal teams to coordinate efforts and achieve identified clinical objectives</li><li>Collaborate to implement new clinical services, improve patient outcomes and drive innovation</li><li>Clearly communicate expectations, the process of engagement and how stakeholder input will influence decision making</li><li>Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and secure cooperation</li></ul><p><strong>QUALITY IMPROVEMENT &amp; Physical demands include sitting, walking, standing, bending over, repetitive use of hands, and lifting up to 25lbs.
