The result is high-performing facilities that help improve business productivity, reduce energy consumption and costs, and provide long-term value.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>The Sr. Refrigeration Specialist position will exercise business acumen and independent judgement to complete all critical refrigeration reactive, planned, and capital projects work orders from inception to completion and ensure the work orders are completed within scope, within budget, and on time.  The progress of the work orders should be communicated directly or indirectly through CMMS platform to the client or other stake holders</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role can be fully remote.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Defines, implements, assesses, and acts upon metrics to manage assigned projects related to commercial refrigeration work orders from initiation to completion. Communicates to both internal/external stakeholders, such as District/Regional Store Manager(s), Contractors, and/or Operations Department on project statuses. Develops and monitors project timelines, budgets, identifies areas of concerns and risks. Creates, presents, and enacts possible solutions</li>\n <li>Leverages decision frameworks and exercises sound judgment and independent decision making.  Continuously generates new ideas to gain operational efficiencies by being adaptable and flexible to multiple, diverse, and changing demands.  Acts with integrity and authenticity</li>\n <li>Ensures service partners performance concerns/issues are resolved in a timely manner and meets or exceeds client’s expectations</li>\n <li>Resolves client high priority escalations immediately.  Proactively involves any additional both internal or external parties needed to eliminate further delay in work order resolution</li>\n <li>Prepares proposal documents (inclusive of exhibits for projects, cost plan, contract terms with general contractors, timeline, etc.) for bids and administers contract requirements</li>\n <li>Prepares monthly financial closes and assists with client’s quarterly business reviews.  Completes internal reporting of service and operational metrics</li>\n <li>Participates and fosters a work environment that is based on openness, trust, communication and teamwork</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by cognizant supervision to include after hours, weekend, and holiday support</li>\n <li>Travel to locations to assess challenging sites via car, train, or airplane to solution the issues with any/or all of the following: client, service partner, manufacturer, engineer, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BA/BS from an accredited college or university or equivalent in education and work experience</li>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing refrigeration projects in a facilities maintenance, property management or a business-to-business customer service role (customer facing or over the phone). Experience in low temp refrigeration is required</li>\n <li>Bilingual in Spanish/English (Written and Spoken), preferred</li>\n <li>Microsoft Excel & Word.  Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferred</li>\n <li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and results oriented work ethic</li>\n <li>Demonstrated achievement of meeting objectives and standards</li>\n <li>Leverages decision frameworks and exercises sound judgement</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and execute work with competing priorities</li>\n <li>Ability to thrive in a changing environment utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills and adjust priorities to meet deadlines for customers and suppliers</li>\n <li>Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers to exceed customer expectations</li>\n <li>Demonstrates willingness to provide feedback to management on process improvements; willingness to learn from feedback and experience and changes their behavior as a result</li>\n <li>Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer- oriented attitude</li>\n <li>Follow customer-specific policies and procedures.  Handle multiple customers and take responsibility for following procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position. Constantly operates a computer, phone, copy machine and printer</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Environment</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have flexibility and adaptability in work schedule in order to serve a broad base of clients in multiple time zones with locations operations seven days a week.
