Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?</p><p></p><p><b>ROLE SUMMARY:</b></p><p>The <b>Senior Manager, Income Tax Operations (Provision)</b> is responsible for the <b>income tax provision and related financial reporting under U.S. GAAP (ASC 740)</b> for the North America Zone.</p><p>This role owns the <b>monthly, quarterly, and annual tax provision</b>, related disclosures, and financial statement audit support. The role <b>does not own tax return preparation</b>, but works closely with <b>Tax Strategy</b> and <b>Tax Operations (Compliance)</b> to ensure consistency across accounting, planning, and compliance outcomes.</p><p></p><p>The role is an individual contributor reporting to the <b>Sr. Director, Tax Operations</b>.</p><p></p><p><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p><b>Income Tax Provision &amp; Reporting</b></p><ul><li><p>Own preparation and review of the income tax provision on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis</p></li><li><p>Manage current and deferred tax calculations, ETR analysis, and discrete items</p></li><li><p>Prepare and review ASC 740 disclosures, roll-forwards, and supporting schedules</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Audit &amp; Technical Accounting</b></p><ul><li><p>Serve as primary contact for financial statement auditors on income tax matters</p></li><li><p>Prepare and review technical accounting memoranda supporting ASC 740 conclusions</p></li><li><p>Evaluate tax accounting implications of complex transactions in coordination with Tax Strategy</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Coordination &amp; Process Excellence</b></p><ul><li><p>Partner with Tax Operations (Compliance) on return‑to‑provision alignment</p></li><li><p>Improve provision processes, controls, and documentation quality</p></li><li><p>Support automation and reporting enhancements</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong technical expertise in ASC 740 income tax accounting</p></li><li><p>Experience managing income tax provisions for large, complex organizations</p></li><li><p>Comfortable leading auditor discussions and defending accounting positions</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and communication skills</p></li><li><p>6–8&#43; years in tax provision or tax accounting roles</p></li><li><p>CPA strongly preferred; MST or JD a plus​</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:</b></p><p>At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
