      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Minimum of five years of experience managing engineering or capital projects through design, construction, and commissioning phases&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience managing earthworks, civil construction, industrial buildings, or mining-related infrastructure projects is preferred&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in mining, heavy industrial, or resource-sector environments is considered a strong asset&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of project management principles, including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contractor management, and risk management&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent required&nbsp;</li>\n\n</div>"
