    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Stotz Equipment is a full-service John Deere dealership with 25 locations across 8 western states, serving the agriculture, construction, and turf industries.</strong></p>\n<p>Family-owned since 1947, we’re built on the values of <strong>Quality, Integrity, Loyalty, Caring, and Community.</strong> Our people-first culture empowers teams to grow, collaborate, and make a real impact for our customers and each other.</p>\n<p>Come help us fulfill our purpose: <strong>to create a better life for our families, communities, and those connected to the land.</strong></p>\n<h2>What You'll Be Doing</h2>\n<p>As a <strong>Parts/ Service Coordinator</strong>, you will work for a world-class dealership parts department maintaining the good order of the shipping and receiving records and work area.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintaining accurate reports of items shipped and received</li>\n <li>Shipping and receiving of parts/tools and accessories according to established guidelines and procedures</li>\n <li>In-store customer service</li>\n <li>Stocking duties according to established guidelines and procedures</li>\n <li>Must possess strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>Keeping parts department/tool room and warehouse organized, clean and orderly</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe and efficient work area</li>\n <li>Perform bin counts and monitor inventory</li>\n <li>Pickup and delivery of parts outside of the store</li>\n <li>Work closely with technicians and service writers</li>\n <li>Perform building, vehicle and crane inspections</li>\n <li>Assist with monitoring shortages and expediting processes, damaged goods return and replacement, and core/warranty returns</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What it Takes</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High integrity</li>\n <li>Loyal team player</li>\n <li>Excellent communicator, both written and verbal</li>\n <li>Organized, highly motivated, ability to multi-task effectively</li>\n <li>The ability to provide robust customer service to internal and external customers</li>\n <li>Must be motivated and be able to work independently and diligently</li>\n <li>Good customer service and communication skills</li>\n <li>Have and maintain a clean driving record</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours; some Saturday hours may be included</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Intermediate data entry/keyboarding skills required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
