As a senior technical contributor, you will also mentor junior engineers, develop best practices, and ensure that integration processes are efficient, reliable, and aligned with the company’s goals. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to research emerging technologies, enhancing integration capabilities and driving innovation.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Client Engagement & Solution Design:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business needs and define technical requirements in support of the Integration Solutions Architect. Engineer innovative integration and software solutions that deliver business value and align with strategic objectives. Serve as a technical point of contact in client discussions, articulating design decisions and ensuring alignment with client goals. Implementation of solutions across multiple environments, ensuring consistency and quality.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Integration Solution Design & Implementation:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of integration solutions that connect diverse internal and external systems. Ensure that these solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business and technical goals. Oversee the successful deployment of solutions across different environments, maintaining high architectural standards.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>High-Level Architecture Design:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Guide the design of complex integration and software architectures, ensuring alignment with the overall technical strategy. Work closely with product architects to review, refine, and influence application architectures, focusing on scalability, reusability, and best practices. Ensure that all integration solutions fit within the broader architectural ecosystem of the organization.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Technical Leadership:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Provide technical leadership across multiple development and integration initiatives, guiding teams in the design, implementation, and delivery of robust and scalable solutions. Ensure adherence to architectural principles and best practices throughout the development lifecycle, offering technical oversight and ensuring high-quality output.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Technology Evaluation & Innovation:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Lead the evaluation of emerging technologies relevant to integration and client solutions, identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities and drive innovation. Oversee prototyping and the development of reference implementations to validate new technologies such as Machine Learning and AI. Present findings and recommendations to both internal teams and clients to guide future technology decisions.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Mentorship & Best Practices Development:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and promoting the adoption of architectural and design best practices. Play a key role in defining, documenting, and evangelizing best practices for building scalable, high-availability integration solutions.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Documentation & Reporting:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Own the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation for integration architectures, system designs, and data flows. Degree in Computer Science or a technically related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.</li>\n <li>Deep expertise in specific coding techniques or languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, T-SQL, PL/SQL.</li>\n <li>Extensive knowledge of best practice design patterns and demonstrated experience applying those patterns in the design, development, and delivery of highly scalable enterprise-class systems.</li>\n <li>Strong practical knowledge of third-party software application framework components such as application servers (JBoss, WebLogic, .NET), database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server), messaging systems (JMS based, MQSeries), operating systems (Linux, Windows), and container frameworks (Spring).</li>\n <li>Self-motivated, innovative, and able to take ownership with little guidance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Mental Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicating with others to exchange information.</li>\n <li>Problem-solving and thinking critically.</li>\n <li>Completing tasks independently.</li>\n <li>Interpreting data.</li>\n <li>Making timely decisions in the context of a workflow.</li>\n <li>Maintaining focus.</li>\n <li>Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.</li>\n <li>Learning new tasks and completing tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.</li>\n <li>Remembering and adhering to processes and protocols.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.</li>\n <li>Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.</li>\n <li>No adverse environmental conditions expected.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Base compensation ranges from $120,000 to $155,000 per year.
