    "description": "<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hunt Electric, Inc.</span> of Denver, CO is searching for a full-time<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Licensed Electrical Foreman</span> to join our team. The qualified candidate may oversee the project from the award of the project to the final construction. The position requires a high level of customer service to build and maintain relationships. Experience with electrical construction background is required.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Major Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Diplomatically manage the crews and provide appropriate training, positive and constructive feedback.</span></li>\n<li><span>Plan and layout the project including planned installation material take-off quantities and tool needs based on the project schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span>Establish a site-specific safety plan, evaluate project risks to personnel and equipment to mitigate them.</span></li>\n<li><span>Understand, review and implement the installation per the contract drawings and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Evaluate the contracted scope of work with the PM to determine change requests and schedule effect.</span></li>\n<li><span>Plan the project’s material, equipment, and labor needs for timely arrival to and from the site.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor daily progress to the short term and long-term schedules to meet commitments. Provide daily written documentation of activities and obstacles.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct and participate in project meetings as needed and provide necessary trade coordination.</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate and communicate with the PM and purchasing manager with detailed material requisitions, and delivery schedules.</span></li>\n<li><span>Establish and implement prefab project-specific tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Actively contributes to a positive team environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrate knowledge of the National Electrical Code.</span></li>\n<li><span>Be a self starter.</span></li>\n<li><span>Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications of an Electrical Foreman:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Current Colorado Journeyman license.</span></li>\n<li><span>Have previously successfully supervised projects with crews ranging from 2 to 50 personnel, meeting safety, quality, and production goals.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Five plus years of installation experience with the latest electrical code, means, and methods.</span></li>\n<li><span>Be able to apply the latest technological techniques to maximize employee safety, quality, and production.</span></li>\n<li><span>Superior internal and external communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.). Team player with acknowledging contributions by others.</span></li>\n<li><span>Have basic computer skills such as Outlook, Bluebeam, Word, and Excel.</span></li>\n<li><span>Have a valid Driver's License.</span><br></li>\n<li><span> Have safety training relative to electrical and general construction such as OSHA 10 hour, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR, scissor lift, forklift, Lock Out/Tag Out and trade specific.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><em>Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($42.63-$47.25 per Hour). Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Hunt Electric, Inc. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
