This role provides direct supervision of Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client service. The General Superintendent works closely with Project Managers and senior leadership, serving as the key field executive responsible for coordination, risk management, and continuous improvement.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">20+ years of high-end residential construction experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Completion of at least five high-end projects in the role of Superintendent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma required; degree or coursework in Construction Management preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid California driver’s license with clean record and reliable transportation (truck or van preferred).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Advanced technical knowledge across all trades and phases of construction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of industry standards, processes, and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling tools).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated track record of cost control, production optimization, and schedule performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate others.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Highly developed problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clear and effective communication and presentation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and interpret construction plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Commitment to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
