Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are looking for an Owner Services Concierge to join our Team! As the Owner Services Concierge you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of duties pertaining to owner arrivals, requests, concierge services as well as assisting with condo operations administrative duties.</p> \n<strong><u>Examples of Duties</u><u>, includes but is not limited to the following</u>:</strong>\n<strong> </strong>\n<li>Handle bookings of owner reservations and confirmations.</li>\n<li> Handling of owner arrivals, departures, complaints, traces and requests. </li>\n<li> Organize and maintain the departmental filing system and office equipment.</li>\n<li> Provide concierge services to owners and their guests.</li>\n<li> Perform other related duties assigned.</li>\n<li> Correspond and communicate in a professional manner with owners and other departments.</li>\n<li>Monitor the Owners lounge to insure it is kept according to service standards.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff. </li>\n <li>Concierge/Front Desk experienced preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.</li>\n</ul>",
