    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff\">OPERATIONS SUPPORT TEAM (OST) MEMBER</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Air Partners is currently seeking a talented, customer service oriented and enthusiastic Ramp Agent to join our growing team. If you thrive in an extremely fast-paced, team oriented, results driven environment and are committed to continuous improvement and growth, we encourage you to apply.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff\">RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, clients and internal team members;</li>\n<li><br>Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Air Partners hangar space, and office space;</li>\n<li><br>Assist clients with their luggage and belongings;</li>\n<li><br>Aircraft grooming;</li>\n<li>Stocking aircraft;<br></li>\n<li><br>Washing and detailing guest vehicles;<br></li>\n<li>Outdoor grounds maintenance, including snow removal;</li>\n<li><br>Adherence to corporate policies and standard operating procedures;</li>\n<li><br>As directed by the senior leadership team, perform a variety of duties that will contribute to the overall guest experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff\">RELATED QUALITIES AND ATTRIBUTES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively in high pressure situations;</li>\n<li><br>Professional, polite and personable approach to dealing with clients, guests, and employees;</li>\n<li><br>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively;</li>\n<li><br>Self-motivated with a solutions-focused approach to challenges and opportunities;</li>\n<li><br>Ability to work a variety of shifts to support our 24/7 operation;</li>\n<li><br>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;</li>\n<li><br>Commitment to Safety, Customer Service, Teamwork and Continuous Improvement;</li>\n<li><br>Previous aircraft towing or forklift experience; and</li>\n<li><br>A Passion to make business fly!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff\">MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Legally able to live and work in Canada;</li>\n<li><br>A valid class 5 drivers license (non GDL) is required, and reliable transportation to and from our corporate offices;</li>\n<li><br>A clean drivers abstract</li>\n<li><br>Able to obtain a YYC RAIC pass;</li>\n<li><br>Previous aviation experience considered an asset;</li>\n<li><br>High School Diploma or GED; and</li>\n<li><br>Available for day, evening and weekend shifts as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff\">COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:</span></p>\n<p>At Air Partners we offer a wide range of benefits, such as an employee wellness plan, employee assistance program and comprehensive health benefits.
