Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The Registered Professional Nurse for Northside Hospital’s Choice+ Program independently plans and provides nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. </li>\n <li>The Choice+ Staff RN is required to work alongside the unit-specific teams to support them in providing care to all patients and families. </li>\n <li>The Northside Hospital Choice+ Staff RN manages the care of an assigned group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and policies of Northside Hospital. </li>\n <li>The practice of all professional nurses at Northside Hospital reflects the values of collaboration, communication, coordination, integration, and empowerment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED: </strong></p>\n<p>1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations. </p>\n<p>2. Must demonstrate and maintain competency in two specialty areas. </p>\n<p>3. Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS). a. Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific. </p>\n<p>4. Please refer to the specific clinical unit for additional education, competencies and/or certification required as a condition of employment. </p>\n<p>5. Must meet all Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) personnel qualifications and responsibilities requirements for individuals directing or performing non-waived point of care testing as stated in 42 CFR, Part 493, Subpart M.</p>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>Varies\n<h2>Weekend Requirements:</h2>Yes\n<h2>On-Call Requirements:</h2>No",
