Description As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-value customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored LAP solutions. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, conducting needs analysis, and providing expert advice to help them achieve their financial goals. You will also collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive cross-selling opportunities. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to understand client requirements. Offer tailored Loan Against Property solutions and provide expert advice. Achieve individual and team sales targets by proactively identifying and converting leads. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely communication. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth loan processing experience. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions. Conduct regular client reviews and provide ongoing support and advice. Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations at all times. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property products and the ability to explain complex financial concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and regulations. A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
