    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>Serve as Biologics Research SME for Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Center for Infectious Disease Research (CIDR).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do in Your New Role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the safe and effective scientific and administration the laboratory and supporting staff.</li>\n <li>Manage work flow for junior staff.</li>\n <li>Review and verify data generated by the lab.Knowledgeable on and experienced in sterile tissue culture techniques, good laboratory practices and performing immunological assays to assess antibody and cellular immune responses (such as ELISA, IFA, Flow Cytometry, ELISpot,etc.) to support DHA relevant research priority areas.</li>\n <li>Track and maintain status of supply/reagent/sample and equipment inventories.</li>\n <li>Possess demonstrated knowledge of Molecular Devices, Inc. SoftMax software, BD FACS Diva software and Belysa software.</li>\n <li>Experience with writing and revising SOPs, risk assessments and study reports/summaries.</li>\n <li>Possess strong organization and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage a team of staff members.</li>\n <li>Proven record of co-authoring publications in peer-reviewed journals.</li>\n <li>Manage notebooks, data files, and perform data analysis.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BS in a life science discipline</li>\n <li>5+ years of laboratory research experience related to preforming experiment and data QA/QC, to operating and trouble shooting of flow cytometers, to working with human and NHP samples, and to performing sterile/tissue culture technique</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Desired Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with DoD, DHA, or WRAIR Biologics Research</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About the Company</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
