If you are not currently located in one of these states, you will not be considered. \n\n We’re building a consultant roster to support both current and upcoming client projects and are looking for project managers with various backgrounds, including: Marketing, Operations, Finance, Data & Analytics, and more.\\ \n\n Work Location Flexibility: Currently, this role provides the option for remote work; however, flexibility from our consultants is crucial for both our team and clients. Our project activities are dictated by client requirements, which, at times, might necessitate in person collaboration. Should a client’s onsite or return to office policy evolve, consultants must comply with those expectations. We strive to offer as much advance notice and assistance as possible in such circumstances that arise.\n\n As a Junior Project Manager (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following: \n\n Project Tracking & Execution: \n\n Managing project scope, timelines, and budgets , ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and company goals.\n Utilizing project management software (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Monday.com) to track tasks, monitor progress, and generate reports .\n Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential roadblocks, proposing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.\n Supporting Agile and Scrum ceremonies , such as sprint planning, stand ups, and retrospectives, to facilitate efficient teamwork.\n\n Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: \n\n Acting as a liaison between cross functional teams , ensuring clear and concise communication across stakeholders, developers, and leadership.\n Developing and maintaining status reports, dashboards, and presentations to keep clients and senior leadership informed of project progress.\n Organizing and streamlining communication channels within a fast paced environment to ensure alignment across multiple teams.\n\n Process Improvement & Business Analysis: \n\n Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for optimization using data driven insights.\n Creating process maps and workflow diagrams to demonstrate how proposed changes will enhance efficiency and drive better outcomes.\n Partnering with clients to develop scalable, sustainable solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.\n\n Data Analysis & Reporting: \n\n Using quantitative methods and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to interpret data and identify trends that impact project success.\n Providing actionable insights that inform decision making and contribute to process optimization.\n\n This job is for you if: \n\n You excel in collaboration. You seek opportunities to improve project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, staying ahead in an evolving industry.\n\n Requirements\n\n You have: \n\n 2+ years of client facing consulting experience\n Residency in Washington State or Texas\n Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment\n Demonstrated desire to go above and beyond and hunger to learn and grow\n Ability to navigate and manage in an environment with a high level of ambiguity and diverse partner group\n Exceptional ability to implement and evangelize use of project management structures (e.g., project plans, weekly status reports and meetings, prioritized issues resolution log, risk log including mitigation measures, transition plans, etc.)\n Ability to develop and present prioritized findings and recommendations\n An interest in becoming part of a team of consultants who grow and share successes\n Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence\n\n You might also have: \n\n An interest in learning how to lead and grow a consulting firm\n Experience with Visio, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams\n Minimum BA/BS degree from a four year accredited university\n\n Benefits\n\n About Us \n\nAG Consulting Partners, Inc. is a Redmond based boutique consulting firm.
