    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Monday - Saturday</p>\n<p>4:00 AM - 12:30 PM</p>\n<p><span><strong><u>Responsibilities &nbsp;</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Perform production duties such as manual lifting of metal pieces</span></li>\n <li><span>Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform related duties as required by supervision</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensures bundle measurements are accurate</span></li>\n <li><span>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>6 Months to one year of experience in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Accurately uses and understands measuring tape</span></li>\n <li><span>Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions</span></li>\n <li><span>Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain the production pace of other team members</span></li>\n <li><span>Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties</span></li>\n <li><span>Able to work weekends and OT</span></li>\n <li><span>Be willing to work in a manufacturing environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>This position works in a manufacturing environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Work is performed in a manufacturing environment in all weather conditions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally</span></li>\n <li><span>Bend, twist, climb, squat, kneel throughout shift able to work in extreme heat or cold conditions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, changing work environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be able to handle both large pieces and small pieces of aluminum extrusions</span></li>\n <li><span>Use hands for simple and power grasping as well as push/pull and fine manipulation</span></li>\n <li><span>Work at and/or below shoulder level</span></li>\n <li><span>See fine detail in printed product along with checking for color accuracy</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>The pay scale for this position is $20.00 to $22.25. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education, and/or experience.
