This is your opportunity to take ownership of complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and play a pivotal role in advancing our technical capabilities for sustainable communities.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for wastewater collection systems such as sewer and pump stations</li>\n <li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staff</li>\n <li>Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues in vital infrastructure</li>\n <li>Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions</li>\n <li>Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required</li>\n <li>Knowledge of various technologies such as oxidation ditches, activated sludge, extended aeration, waste stabilization lagoons, and SBR</li>\n <li>Knowledge of wastewater design software</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws</li>\n <li>Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead challenging wastewater projects that push the boundaries of engineering</li>\n <li>Mentor and inspire junior engineers dedicated to delivering sustainable solutions</li>\n <li>Collaborate with talented professionals across disciplines in a flexible work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Water/Wastewater team is doing?
