For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.</p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>In this role you will: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team </li>\n <li>Lead the development of the total project estimate </li>\n <li>Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations to the project team </li>\n <li>Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelines   </li>\n <li>Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We would love to hear from you if you: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have grown your experience as an Estimator over 10 years with increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction environment </li>\n <li>Have demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX </li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline </li>\n <li>Are RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or are on the path to complete it.  We can help! </li>\n <li>Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing </li>\n <li>Are detail orientated and quality focused </li>\n <li>Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun </li>\n</ul>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The salary range for this role is between $109,000 and $140,000 but actual salary is dependent on skill set, education and experience </p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
