Preferred (Not Required): Book size of $20M–$100M+ Located in the following states: OR, NY, NJ, FL, or CA   Compensation & Financial Upside Payout range: 60–80%+ based on book size and structure Top-tier payout bands available for advisors with larger, scalable books No forced production grids or artificial caps Clear alignment between revenue generation and take-home pay Select advisors may have the opportunity to participate in long-term value creation initiatives, including leadership roles and potential equity participation.
