This is a hands-on field leadership role – you will be actively performing trade work alongside your crew while simultaneously overseeing the installation of plans and specified materials on commercial project sites.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Starting pay rate: $28/hour </li>\n<li>All travel and lodging expenses paid</li>\n<li><span>$59 per diem for every overnight travel day</span></li>\n<li>Paid training</li>\n<li><span>Overtime available (up to 10 hours/week with approval)</span></li>\n<li>Company cellphone, tolls and uniform provided</li>\n<li>401 (k) eligibility after one year</li>\n<li><span>Accrued Sick Time</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Position Overview</span></span></p>\n<p>As a Working Foreman, you will work directly with Project Managers to ensure projects are executed to scope, schedule, and quality standards, and will collaborate on developing processes and systems for program work. You will report directly to the Field Operations Manager and play a key role in training new and existing field employees. When business needs arise, this role may also support TradePosted and GuidePosted operations.</p>\n<p>This role requires consistent nationwide travel. Travel includes providing services to customer locations outside your local region, attending training, meeting with clients or partners, and attending events to represent the Company.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Trade Work (Hands-On)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Actively perform installation of plan-specified materials including wall finishes, flooring, furnishings, and signage alongside the crew</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrate best-practice workmanship and uphold company quality standards on every task</span></li>\n<li><span>Support TradePosted and GuidePosted field operations as directed by business needs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Site Leadership &amp; Project Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Oversee and manage the installation of all plan-specified and project-designated materials on site</span></li>\n<li><span>Work directly with Project Managers to align on project scope, sequencing, schedules, and deliverables</span></li>\n<li><span>Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for daily operations, crew coordination, and quality control</span></li>\n<li><span>Complete new project surveys at job sites, documenting existing conditions, scope details, and any relevant field observations to support project planning and execution</span></li>\n<li><span>Complete daily project checklists and field reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of work performed, crew activity, materials used, and any site issues or deviations</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate daily progress updates, issues, and material/labor needs directly to the assigned Project Manager and Field Operations Manager</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with Project Managers to develop processes and systems for program work, contributing field-level insight to build scalable, repeatable workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across multi-site programs</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage on-site materials, tools, and equipment efficiently across job sites</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field Training</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead hands-on field training for new and existing employees across PostedPM, TradePosted, and GuidePosted as needed</span></li>\n<li><span>On-the-job training and job shadowing are recognized methods used when developing employees — serve as a subject matter expert in the field to support skill development and career advancement</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure all crew members are trained on proper installation procedures, safety protocols, and company standards before performing tasks independently</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide coaching and feedback to field employees to maintain quality and performance standards</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Adhere to all OSHA regulations and Posted Companies' Safety Manual regulations and best practices; comply with all PPE requirements and be alert to any potential dangers to yourself or your coworkers</span></li>\n<li><span>Report any injuries, unsafe conditions, or concerns to management immediately</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teachable – willing to learn new skills and services</li>\n<li>Respectful – kind, positive, and helpful</li>\n<li>Career-minded – looking for long-term growth, not just a job</li>\n<li>Self-motivated – sees what needs to be done and gets it done</li>\n<li>Team player – works well with others and understands true teamwork</li>\n<li>Pride in your work – strong attention to quality and customer satisfaction</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>OSHA 30 Certification</li>\n<li>Procore Certified – Superintendent Certification</li>\n<li>Proven hands-on experience in a trade discipline relevant to commercial interior installations (flooring, wall finishes, furnishings, signage, or similar)</li>\n<li>Prior experience in a lead or foreman capacity overseeing field crews</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and installation specifications</li>\n<li>Experience completing field surveys, daily reporting, and project documentation</li>\n<li>Experience training, coaching, or mentoring field employees</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, the Field Operations Manager, and field crews</li>\n<li>Ability to contribute to the development of scalable field processes and program systems</li>\n<li>Minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)</li>\n<li>Valid state driver’s license (subject to continuous review)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Willingness to travel overnight nationwide (100%)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certifications are a plus</li>\n<li>Experience towing trailers up to 15,000 lbs.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly</li>\n<li>Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather</li>\n<li>Ability to safely work on ladders (must weigh under 275 lbs.)</li>\n<li>Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening</li>\n<li>Must be able to travel up to 2 weeks at one given time</li>\n<li>Willingness to assist with tasks beyond commercial project management as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment &amp;
