This role bridges the gap between data and decision-making, leveraging Salesforce data to drive strategic insights and operational improvements across the organization.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Design &amp; Build: Develop and maintain datasets, lenses, dashboards, and recipes in Salesforce CRM Analytics to support business objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.</li><li>Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.</li><li>Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from stakeholders.</li><li>Automation &amp; Efficiency: Implement best practices for data refresh schedules, security predicates, and recipe optimizations.</li><li>Partner with Salesforce admins and developers to optimize data architecture and reporting capabilities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>5&#43; years of experience in Salesforce CRM analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships.</li><li>Proven experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, and other BI platforms, with experience in SAQL, SQL.</li><li>Experience in creating and optimizing dataflows/recipes.</li><li>Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret data in a strategic context.</li><li>Experience working with large datasets and complex business processes.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, CRM Analytics &amp; Einstein Discovery Consultant).</li><li>Background in business systems analysis or consulting.</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-Hybrid</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>What We Offer:</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\">Our employees work hard to live our values and help us grow.
