You will be at the forefront of working with our customers for the build and national integration of our system. Our projects are typically a long-term initiative, implemented in phases to maximise operational efficiency and effectiveness.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">In the role of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Construction Manager</span>, you will collaborate with customer, project team, internal stakeholders and subcontractors through the design and project phases; to deliver safe and suitable scope of works in line with the project objectives.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Due to the nature of the project, you must have extensive previous working experience in the Middle East and you will be required to work “in-country” for the duration of the project.  We are open to Expats willing to relocate to; or work on rotation in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Middle East</span> for this role.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Key Responsibilities - <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Construction Manager</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Visit project sites on a regular basis to ensure the project design and build/construction is being adhered to</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Drive a Safety by Design approach for our project</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Where appropriate and required, act as Contractor Design Approval Engineer (CDAE) or equivalent (project dependant)</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Ensure that the build/construction and design processes are reviewed, communicated and implemented.
