These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong>Full Time, On Site Position</strong><br><br><strong>Benefits for full time eligible positions:</strong><br>Medical (HSA/FSA), Dental, and Vision | 401K and/or ROTH | PTO &amp; Paid Holidays | Basic Life &amp; AD&amp;D | The Villages Charter School eligibility | and much more!</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Utility Trenching Plans<ul style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: initial;\"><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Create detailed trenching plans by compiling design data from utility layouts, trench profiles, road crossings, unit layouts, and equipment placement.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Ensure plans meet The Villages&rsquo; specifications and standards.</li></ul></li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Joint Trench Design&nbsp;<ul style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: initial;\"><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Develop joint trench configurations to be used by all participating wire utility companies, ensuring compliance with The Villages&rsquo; joint trench detail requirements.</li></ul></li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Telecom Infrastructure Design<ul style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: initial;\"><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Design HFC (Hybrid Fiber‐Coaxial) and FTTX (Fiber‐to‐the‐X) systems for local telecom providers.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Management of fiber and coax routing, equipment placement, network layout, and preparation of splice matrixes and bills of materials.</li></ul></li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Fiber Network Mapping<ul style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: initial;\"><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Create and maintain accurate fiber network maps and splice documentation for The Villages&rsquo; internal use, reflecting both current layouts and updates from field changes.</li></ul></li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>As‐Builts &amp; Contractor Invoicing<ul style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: initial;\"><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Review and approve contractor invoices, verifying field completion.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>&nbsp;Apply as‐built revisions to internal records and update joint trench and utility drawings accordingly.</li></ul></li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Telecom &amp; Contractor Coordination<ul style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: initial;\"><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Act as a liaison with telecom companies and field contractors to produce specialized deliverables, such as equipment inventories, project activation paperwork, and turnover documentation.</li></ul></li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong>Education &amp; Experience Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>High School Diploma or GED, or one (1) to three (3) years of related experience.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Proficient in AutoCAD software or similar required for this position.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Experience in utility or telecom CAD design, including trenching, conduit systems</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, etc.</li></ul>\n",
