Collaborative Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to the Medical Director and department leaders to ensure safe and effective patient care. Quality & Compliance: Champion regulatory and accreditation efforts, ensuring all clinical procedures meet or exceed industry standards. Workforce Leadership: Recruit, develop, and retain a premier clinical team, overseeing staffing models and patient ratios to maintain excellence. Financial Stewardship: Participate in budgeting and financial oversight for assigned clinical departments, identifying technologies that enhance efficiency and safety. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing standards, policies, and clinical procedures. Promote clinical excellence and high levels of staff engagement. Identify and support the implementation of new processes to enhance quality and safety. Facilitate opportunities for staff education, training, and professional development.
